Minimum Requirements
To be eligible applicants must demonstrate:
- (2) Two years of steady, verifiable income
- (1) One year of good rental/utility history
- At least two (2) years since the completion of a bankruptcy or foreclosure
- No unpaid judgments (this can be found on casenet.com if you are not sure)
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Current monthly income
- Current monthly rent
- Permission to run a credit check
- Permission to run a background check
