The Greenline Initiative
What We Do
The Greenline Initiative was founded as a mode to increase black generational wealth through home ownership & investment.
By recovering and renovating distressed homes in the urban core, focused within Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ) we can generate value within individual homes to make them effective investments.
We use Opportunity Zone dollars for their intended purpose of encouraging long-term investments in low-income areas.
How We Do It
The Greenline Initiative fosters and encourages the creation of generational wealth through real property ownership and investment. We operate with the idea that owning your home is the bedrock of that goal.
We renovate distressed and blighted homes within the urban core while owner financing the sale to community members... Development without Displacement. This model provides benefits to each unit of the geographic community.

The family is set upon the path of creating generational wealth through home ownership. The block is improved with the removal of blighted, unused property. The neighborhood has a better block, and the city has another property tax paying household.
